Meet Shane
Born out of a desire to help others achieve their goals, Shane founded Shape Financial in 2017 and has been helping clients ‘SHAPE’ their financial futures ever since.
With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge to deliver tailored advice to clients at every level.
Shane's career includes Business Development roles at Asteron Life (Suncorp) and BT Financial (Westpac), where he supported advisers in managing client relationships and growing their businesses. Over the years, he has continually expanded his expertise, gaining valuable insights and honing his skills to craft successful strategies that drive results for clients.
Driven by his passion for helping others and equipped with a broad skill set, Shane took the next step in his journey by establishing Shape Financial
Meet Belinda
Belinda has been a registered financial adviser for more than 15 years. Her knowledge and experience can guide you through the maze of complex rules and regulations to give you the best financial outcomes for your future.
Whether you're planning to retire, looking to build your wealth, wondering which super fund is right for you or needing to place a loved one into Aged Care, Belinda will work with you to devise the best way to structure your financial affairs.
With a focus on getting the strategy right for you and your needs, Belinda will ensure your money is working tax effectively and assist you to take advantage of any Government concessions that are available.
Meet Ellie
Ellie brings a wealth of experience to Shape Financial, with a robust background in asset finance and home loans.
Her studies includes a Commerce degree with a major in Accounting, complemented by a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
In 2024 Ellie embarked on her next professional chapter as a licensed Asset and Mortgage Broker. Ellie remains driven by her passion for assisting clients in achieving their property and asset goals.
Her commitment to guiding clients through the complexities of finance highlights her dedication to providing exceptional service and expertise
Meet Jennifer
Jennifer has been with Shape for over 5 years in the role of Client Services. She has a degree in Business Administration and a background in customer service and management.
Jennifer works to ensure the strategy implementation, on-boarding and processing of clients as well as managing the day to day activities of the business.
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, cafe hopping and traveling.
Meet Megan
Megan has been working in the mortgage broking industry since 2021. She joined Shape Financial in early 2023 as a loan officer working alongside our Mortgage Brokers.
Megan is fortunate to work from home on the sunny Gold Coast, assisting clients with their home loan needs; whether they are refinancing, first-time home buyers, or investors.
Megan pride’s herself on providing a stress-free and personalised experience for our clients.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs at the Beach, the park or a quiet chilled weekend at home.
Meet Krystal
Krystal joined Shape Financial back in 2022 and is an invaluable member of the team. Her studies include a Bachelor of Business from Macquarie University, and most recently an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning.
As a Client Services Associate, Krystal helps support the team, assisting clients with organising meetings and assisting with annual reviews.
Outside of work Krystal enjoy’s spending time with her two kids and new puppy dog.
I love how dynamic, supportive and driven the team is. Everyone gets along really well and it’s a great place to work.
Meet Chantel
Since joining Shape in 2022, I’ve really enjoyed the fun and collaborative team environment. It’s been a great opportunity to grow both professionally and personally while working alongside such a dedicated group of people.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three energetic boys, enjoying a good book, sipping iced lattes, and staying active.
